Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.

Made-to-order items: Please allow 20 business days for production before your order is shipped. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship within Europe only.

If you are located outside of Europe and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@maisoncastlebird.com — we’re happy to discuss shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

Orders under €300: €30 flat rate (DHL Express)

Orders €300 and above: Free DHL Express Shipping
